Editorial Policy

How ToolSyn creates, reviews and updates calculator pages, guides and time-sensitive reference data.

People-first purpose

ToolSyn pages are written to help a visitor complete a clear task. Search phrases guide page structure, but wording should remain natural, accurate and useful rather than repetitive or stuffed with keywords.

Calculator review

Mathematical formulas are checked against standard definitions and tested with known examples. JavaScript syntax and internal links are validated before replacement files are delivered.

Financial, religious and official topics

EMI, Zakat and PTA pages can influence financial decisions. These pages must clearly distinguish mathematical estimates from official quotations, legal requirements or religious rulings. Relevant verification steps and limitations remain visible near the tool.

Time-sensitive data

PTA model estimates, Pakistan Nisab references and vehicle benchmark ranges require scheduled review. A visible reviewed date is used where freshness matters. Separate data files are preferred so reference values can be updated without rebuilding the whole website.

Corrections

When an error is found, the affected file should be corrected promptly, the reviewed date updated and the live page re-tested. Material corrections should also be noted in the website change log.

Originality

ToolSyn does not intentionally copy competitor articles. Guides should add worked examples, explanations, limitations or local context that directly supports the related tool.

Editorial identity

Pages are maintained under the name ToolSyn Editorial. A public contact email should be added after the final domain email is configured.
